Seal Coating

A new pavement will begin to break down about one year after installation. Weather elements, salt and chemicals cause asphalt to deteriorate and weaken. Sealer (when properly applied) will preserve and protect a pavement for many years. We start by methodically cleaning the entire surface mechanically. We use top quality commercial grade asphalt sealer and fortify it with the proper amount of fine grade silica to improve traction and durability. Each pavement is evaluated to determine the right mix design for its specific application. Our sealer is always carefully and strategically applied to boost performance, aesthetics, that will last 3-7 years depending on volume of traffic.
